As I was saying before, there were no 'best books' lists this year. There are just two books you should have reading this month—A Song of Ice and Fire by Robert Jordan, and the award winning Twilight Saga by Tom Brevoort. There were no 'best women for the top fantasy women' lists in 'Best Fantasy Women'. Instead of list after list of great books, we sat back and listened to each other in ways we hadn't seen before. For starters, it's very rare to hear that name and be able to say it aloud. If I had to say 'Might,' as well, I'd put it in the end. In every category I'm sure we are more successful when we have an honest conversation. We can create a buzz for the next time. We always have.
